Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis to Be Released From Jail [SMH!]

So there has been a lot of back and forth about the Kentucky clerk, Kim Davis, whom refuse to issue same-sex marriage license due to her religious belief. So here is what I have to say to Kim. How dare you judge people because of their own sexual orientation. You claim that your religion does not accept gay people, well guess what, your religion does not allow you to judge others either. Did you also know that you are not allowed to have any piercing, hair products, clothes, nail polish, etc.. God made Adam and Eve bare nekkid without any body decors. Its a sin to participate in any thing. How dare you throw a stone at other people that sin differently from you. You have no right to tell people what they are allowed to do. You should be fired and your license should be revoked. But I won’t wish you any malice. Go read a bible again! If you are doing this to be famous, SHAME ON YOU!

[Time] A U.S. District judge ordered that Kentucky clerk Kim Davis be released from jail on Tuesday and that her contempt order be lifted—as long as she did not stop her deputies from issuing licenses to same-sex couples.

The Rowan County clerk was sent to jail last week for refusing to grant marriage licenses—and ordering her deputies to also not issue licenses—to same-sex couples on religious grounds since the Supreme Court legalized gay marriage in June.

Her lawyers asked for an injunction from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals directing Kentucky Gov. Steve Besmear to remove her name from the marriage licenses the county issues. Tuesday was her sixth day in jail.

Davis has become a conservative symbol in her staunch refusal to issue licenses despite court orders. GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee is expected to lead a rally for Davis Tuesday afternoon.
