Jay Z Responds to Beyoncé’s ‘Lemonade’ In “All The Way Up” Remix

(L-R) Miguel Cotto throws a right to the face of Canelo Alvarez during their middleweight fight at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on November 21, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to HypeBeast, with Fat Joe, Remy Ma and French Montana providing an anthem for New York City with the collaborative track “All The Way Up,” it’s only right that Brooklyn legend Jay Z would join in on the fun. Unfortunately however, the Remix to “All The Way Up” is currently available to stream exclusively on the TIDAL. Listen to the new drop below and let us know your thoughts as Hov drops some subtle responses to Beyoncé’s drama-filled Lemonade project.

“You know you made it when the fact / Your marriage made it is worth millions / Lemonade is a popular drink and it still is / Survival of the littlest,” he raps.

“Let’s celebrate, no red champagne, we don’t play that / All we see is gold bottles and paper plane hats / Twenty one Grammy’s that I use for D’usse cups”

“I’m on the penthouse floor, call your way up. The OG’s say, “HOV, how high is high enough?” / I said “’till we eye and eye with the higher ups / Until we let ’em know, we ain’t those n*ggas “

Jay also raps about his 3-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, Prince and Tupac. “Until our babies showered in gold, ni**a / Blue lookin’ like Pac in the tub / David LaChapelle levels of not giving a fuck / Prince left his masters where they safe and sound / We never gon’ let the elevator take us down,” he raps.

“Prince left his masters where they safe and sound / We never gonna let the elevator take him down”
