[DarnellTheNewsMan] The MTA is giving a holiday gift to straphangers. By the end of the year, they will be able to get wifi on their mobile devices at every underground subway station and cell phone service by 2017. The agency is working with Transit Wireless to meet the mark on an accelerated roll-out that originally was not set to be completed until the end of 2017. Back in 2011, the MTA and Transit Wireless introduced wireless service at a few stations along 14th Street in Manhattan.
