Think about one aspect of your physical health that you’ve been neglecting or avoiding, and ask yourself why you’ve been doing so. Perhaps your diet needs to change, or you know you need to exercise more.

Your goal: By the end of the day, commit to that new step, or identify why you’re choosing to sabotage your healing.
